Annual CE for active TCEQ Maintenance Providers. Covers the 30 TAC Ch. 285 maintenance reporting rhythm, aerobic treatment unit inspection, chlorination requirements, and the common failure modes that surface in routine service contracts.

CE for licensed Installer I and Installer II operators. Drainfield siting and installation, conventional vs. proprietary aerobic system selection, pump-and-float wiring, and the common code-compliance issues that show up at final inspection.

CE for licensed Site Evaluators. Soil-class determination, site-suitability analysis against 30 TAC Ch. 285, easement and setback verification, and report submission against the Authorized Agent Order.

Practical workshop on residential and small-commercial OSSF design — sizing tank capacity, drainfield layout for the soil class, aerobic vs. conventional decision tree, and preparing the design package for Authorized Agent review.
