Q.

Do you report CEUs to TCEQ on my behalf?

Yes. Completion is reported to TCEQ within 30 days of the session. You also receive a copy of the completion certificate for your records.

What do I need to bring on the day of the class?

Your TCEQ license number, a government-issued photo ID, and something to write with. Lunch is on your own — see the Travel page for nearby options.

Q.

Can I get a refund if I can't make the session?

Cancellations more than 7 days before the session are eligible for full transfer to a future class. Inside 7 days, we work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer private sessions for our crew?

Yes — shops with 6 or more operators can arrange a private session at the Bay City facility or at your location. Call the direct line to discuss.

Do I need an active TCEQ license to register?

Most courses require an active TCEQ license in the corresponding category. See the Courses page for per-course prerequisites — and call if you're unsure whether a course fits your situation.
